EverStar Shipping Policy



At EverStar, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.



Processing Time



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Please note: during high-volume periods (such as new drops, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.



Shipping Rates & Delivery Times



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Estimated delivery times:


  • Domestic (U.S.) orders: 3–7 business days after processing
  • International orders: 7–21 business days after processing (delivery times may vary by destination)



EverStar is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.



Tracking Information



Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.



International Shipping & Customs



International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.



Incorrect Address



Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. EverStar is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.



Lost or Stolen Packages



EverStar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist where possible.
